1. Overview This Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) outlines the payment terms and conditions associated with the purchase and delivery of User-Generated Content (UGC) video content packages and influencer campaign services provided by Crafted (“Company”). By engaging in business with the Company, the client (“Client”) agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.
2. UGC Video Content Packages 2.1 Payment Terms: All UGC video content packages must be paid for in full prior to the commencement of any related tasks or production activities. The Client is required to complete payment as per the invoice provided by the Company. 2.2 Task Setup: Upon receipt of full payment, the Client will be granted access to the Company’s platform or designated channel for setting up tasks, providing specifications, and any other necessary information required to produce the UGC video content. 2.3 Delivery: The Company will strive to deliver the UGC video content within the agreed-upon timeframe as specified in the service agreement or order confirmation. Any delays or modifications to the delivery schedule will be communicated promptly to the Client.
3. Influencer Campaign Services 3.1 Invoice Completion: The Client agrees to complete payment of the influencer campaign invoice within 30 days of the contract execution date. The execution date is defined as the date on which both parties sign the agreement to engage in the influencer campaign services. 3.2 Late Payment: In the event of late payment, the Company reserves the right to impose a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Additionally, the Company may suspend or terminate the influencer campaign services until the outstanding invoice is settled in full. 3.3 Service Fulfillment: The Company will initiate the influencer campaign services upon execution of the contract and will continue to render services as per the agreed-upon terms and conditions. The Company will use reasonable efforts to ensure the successful fulfillment of the influencer campaign services.
4. General Terms 4.1 Changes to Policy: The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Fulfillment Policy at any time.
